Aquaponics is an integration between recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) and hydroponics farming where the best of both are combined into one single closed loop system, Aquaponics is a creation of complete cycles of symbiotic relationships where the fish helps the plants and the plants help the fish, Aquaponics is an Eco-System where synthetic chemicals such as fertilizers and pesticides are not used where fish waste are broken down in the system and turn into nutrients that is used by the plants and integrated pest management are applied to fight any pest.
